If you are experiencing cosmetic or mechanical issues with your dial, or have an older version of the dial while out of warranty, we offer this repair kit that enables you to replace the old dials with a new set. This eliminates the need to send the product in for out-of-warranty replacement. We sell the kit with either one or two dials, this allows you to only change out one dial if the other dial is working fine.
We have provided detailed instructions and a video guide at the link below for your convenience. However, please note that if your device is under warranty, we advise you to contact us for repair services. In the event that you perform the repair yourself, your warranty will be voided.
